Rachel Saanchita Gupta is an Indian actress, originally from New Delhi. Since she was a child she was interested in acting and during her school years, at Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi, she was part of theater groups and clubs with whom she tested her talents for the profession. . Although she did not take it as a way to make a living or make a career, Rachel accepted the invitation to participate in the short film Aghatit (2020), which was enough proof for the talented filmmaker Manjari Makijany to cast her in the lead role of the acclaimed film Skater Girl (2021), which represents her professional debut as an actress.
