Unless otherwise stated, a new Membership is good for 12 months from the date of activation. Your online account and any order receipt both display the membership expiration and renewal dates. Online, at any Sam's Club, in person, or by contacting Sam's Club customer service, you can create, renew, or upgrade your membership.
