Cosmic Hoppos is one of many courses in Super Mario Wonder's opening World, Pipe-Rock Plateau, but this out-of-this-world level isn't unlocked by default. To unlock the Cosmic Hoppos course, start by paying 10 Wonder Seeds to unlock Wiggler Race: Mountaineering! course just to the right of the Pipe-Rock Plateau Poplin Shop. After completing the Wiggler Race, follow the northern trail and clear the challenging Bulrush Express course. Lastly, complete the newly unlocked stage, Sproings in the Twilight Forest, and you'll finally have the opportunity to take on the Cosmic Hoppos course.

Flower Coin 1 Location

Flower Coin 1 - Cosmic Hoppos
To find the first Flower Coin, climb through the opening section to reach the area where a pair of Hoppos roll into adjacent gaps. Jump off either Hoppo to land on the upper platforms, and you'll spot a lone Hoppo in the upper right-hand corner. Bump the lonely Hoppo into the gap on the left, then use them as a trampoline to reach the next area.
When you see the Flower Coin overhead, jump on the moving platform to knock the Hoppo to the lower level, then leap off of them to retrieve the coin.
Flower Coin 2 Location
Flower Coin 2 - Cosmic Hoppos
The second Flower Coin can be found shortly after the Checkpoint Flag. Once you've secured the checkpoint to save your progress, leap onto the wall to the left of the flag, then wall-jump to hit an invisible Yoshi Block that spawns a beanstalk.
Climb the beanstalk until you spot the Flower Coin to your right, then wait for the cloud-like enemy to approach you and leap off them to collect the coin.

Flower Coin 3 - Cosmic Hoppos
After collecting the second Flower Coin, climb until you discover the Hoppo roaming through a narrow passage on the left. Hit the Hoppo with your trunk to clear a path, then walk through the tunnel to reach a secret area.
Once in the secret area, head left and hit the ?-Blocks beneath the pair of Hoppos to roll them into the gaps on the right. Bounce off the right Hoppo with some momentum, and you should be able to reach the Flower Coin floating overhead.

Wonder Flower Location
In a bit of trickery, the Wonder Flower in this course can actually be found just before the Goal Pole. When you reach the platform where the Goal Pole is located, knock the nearby Hoppo into the gap on the left side of the area. Bounce off the Hoppo to find another Hoppo overhead, then nudge them onto the lower platform. The second Hoppo will bounce off the first to land in the gap directly in front of the Goal Pole. Bounce off the Hoppo near the Goal Pole, then wall-jump to reach another hidden area.
After passing another Checkpoint Flag, you'll discover an area inhabited by a Hoppo and a Warp Pipe that spawns snails. Stomp one of the snails to grab their shell, then leap off the Hoppo to throw the shell at the glowing patch in the left wall. Once hit, the Wonder Flower will be revealed.
After collecting the Wonder Flower, the nearby Hoppo will begin to glow. Bounce off the circular enemy, and you'll get launched into outer space.
Wonder Seed 1 Location

Wonder Seed 1 - Cosmic Hoppos
To collect this Wonder Seed, grab the Wonder Flower and jump on the nearby Hoppo to launch yourself into outer space. Once in zero gravity, carefully float to the right while avoiding the obstacles thrown your way, and you'll find this Wonder Seed floating at the center of a ring of Gold Coins.

As usual, the second Wonder Seed can be earned by completing the course and saving the jailed Poplin. Congrats, you have just completed the Cosmic Hoppos course in Super Mario Wonder!
