Sergio Romo is a right-handed batting and throwing free agent. In 2007, he made 41 appearances with the San Jose Giants of the Advanced Singles A league in California. His professional career began in the North West League with Salemkeizer Volcanoes. The following year, he was assigned to the Augusta Green Jackets of the Single-A South Atlantic League.
